Aspire Life

Tackling Anti-Social Behaviour

Everyone should feel safe in their own home

We want everyone living in or around an Aspire Housing home to be able to go about their everyday life without feeling upset, scared, or intimidated.

We know that sometimes anti-social behaviour, also known as ASB, can stop this from happening. When it does, we want to know about it, as there are lots of things we can do to help.

We have been working closely with communities and partners to address issues, and to reach resolutions that are appropriate for all parties involved.

Recently we have been working with the Newcastle local policing team to address concerns raised by customers on Fletcher Bank surrounding anti-social behaviour, which has led to an eviction.

Although eviction is a last resort, we take anti-social behaviour seriously, and we want to encourage our customers to get in touch with us if they're experiencing any problems in their community.

We are grateful to have been able to reach a solution in this matter, and value the efforts of everyone who played a part.
