Aspire's customer service centre is to alter its opening times from 6 February as part of a drive to improve staff training.
The customer service teams who work answering inquiries on the phone or in person at our Merrial Street centre will benefit from training and learning every Thursday morning.
This means the Merrial Street offices will open at 11am on Thursdays and that only emergency calls will be dealt with from 8.45am to 11am on Thursday.
At these times customers will be able to:
- Use the website and online Your Account feature
- Leave an automated message to request a call back later that day
- Report an emergency
This will allow us to do more training and learning so we can provide a great service.
