Fire safety statement

Given the tragic event in West London last month our thoughts are with those affected by the fire at Grenfell Tower.  We would like to reassure our customers with regards to our approach to fire safety.  Aspire Housing does not own or manage any high rise blocks (6 stories and above).

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, requires Aspire Housing and all landlords to undertake suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments (FRA’s) to common areas in blocks of flats.  Aspire Housing complies with this requirement, takes its responsibility in the area of fire safety very seriously and will continue to work together with customers and others to minimise fire risks in and around their home.

We recommend you follow the guidance of your local fire authority in the event of a fire.
