Aspire Housing employees are getting a boost with the launch of a new Talent Academy.
Talent academyThe career development scheme will provide staff with even more training opportunities to enhance their skills and realise their full potential.
Five ‘Rising Stars’ have been selected from across the organisation to complete individually customised training programmes over the next 18 months.
The Academy combines formal education, project work, mentoring and coaching from senior managers, presentations, training workshops, external placements, secondments and job shadowing.
Customer Service Manager Craig Taylor, one of the five selected employees, said: “I think this is a great opportunity and it shows that Aspire is committed to being a success.
