We highly recommend that both parties involved in a mutual exchange view each other's homes before completing any paperwork. This step is crucial as it allows you to thoroughly inspect the property and address any potential issues beforehand.

Viewing the homes in person gives you a better understanding of the living conditions, neighbourhood, and any repairs or changes that might be required.

Taking the time to view the properties ensures that both parties are fully informed and satisfied with the exchange, leading to a smoother and more successful process.

If you have found a home to swap with and you have completed the mutual exchange forms, we will contact you directly to explain what happens next.
