Looking back, I'm proud to say that I have proactively contributed to reshaping customer engagement at Aspire, strengthening its commitment to transparency and accountability to customers. I believe that Aspire goes a long way to ensure customers feel valued and their voices are heard. There are a number of active customer groups now looking into different aspects of Aspire's operations and discussing important issues.
