We have taken the decision to retire the Realise charity brand from the we are aspire group and these activities have been brought into Aspire Housing.
This decision is the result of us streamlining all of our employment & skills services to operate from one team within Aspire Housing to make it clearer to our customers about the services that we offer. Whilst Realise has been an important part of our group for 13 years, it has invested over £3million into our communities and supported over 20,000 people in that time, now is the right time to bring these activities into Aspire Housing. This is an exciting time for our Aspire Housing customers with our neighbourhoods teams launching locality plans, and funding and managing community-based activities in this way will support our customers even further.
The activities that Realise currently funds will be moved into Aspire Housing, where future activity will be developed and managed, from within the localities team.
We know that many people and partners have invested in a partnership with Realise, and without your support we couldn’t have operated as successfully as we have. Please be assured that all funds raised for Realise will continue to be used to fund these activities going forwards.
