Finding a place to call home is a fundamental human need, and Aspire Housing is dedicated to making this dream a reality for individuals and families in Newcastle-under-Lyme. Aspire Housing has long been committed to providing affordable and quality housing solutions, and we continue to uphold this mission through our active involvement in the Housing Allocations Policy Consultation conducted by the Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough council.
Aspire Housing and Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council, working in close collaboration, have diligently reviewed and refined the policy based on a comprehensive assessment of its effectiveness over a period of 24 months. Our objective is to ensure that the policy remains in alignment with changing legislation whilst effectively addressing the local housing needs across the borough. While the existing policy has generally proven to be fit for purpose, we are proposing certain modifications to further enhance its efficacy. Your valuable feedback and insights are crucial in shaping the future of housing allocation within our community.
