Work is now underway to build 8 new family homes for affordable rent in Kidsgrove!

Our Gloucester Road development will introduce high-quality family homes, on a site that previously held rented garages. The new three-bedroom houses will all be available to local residents at affordable rent.

We’re delighted to be making this latest investment in the area, which is one of many underway and upcoming improvements that the town of Kidsgrove has to look forward to.

There is a growing demand for affordable homes of all types in Newcastle-under-Lyme, and family homes are no exception.
