Recently, we held a Customer Expectations Survey, and we had a great response!
The survey was about Customer Expectations of Aspire Housing properties, e.g., what level of cleanliness, decoration etc you expect when moving into a home.
We sent this to over 600 people on the housing waiting list and got responses from almost 1/3 of this number! We worked alongside Newcastle Housing Advice to send this out and as a thank you, we decided to send someone who completed the survey a voucher.
We put the names of the recipients of our survey in a random generator and at random, picked someone to be the winner of a £50 B&Q voucher…
And here is our winner!
You can become an involved customer: whether you’ve got a spare half an hour, or a whole day, there are many different ways that you can take part. From short surveys that you can complete in the comfort of your own homes, to regular meetings with other like-minded customers, there are plenty of ways to share your thoughts and feedback!
