We're delighted to announce that at the end of March 2021, the Regulator of Social Housing confirmed that Aspire Housing has retained the highest possible grades of G1 (for governance) and V1 (for financial viability) following the completion of a recent In-Depth Assessment (IDA) earlier this year.

Retaining the highest gradings possible sends out a strong message to you, our customers, our colleagues, and external stakeholders that our organisation is well run.  We have an ambitious new business plan to continue the great work we do in our communities and this grading underpins our plans for the future.

We will be raising new funding during the next 12 months to help support our growing plans to invest in the North Staffordshire area and continue to deliver exciting new developments such as those where work has already started at Holborn Place and those sites where we’re all set to start at Cross Street and the former Zanzibar site.

These regulator grades create opportunities for us to strengthen and grow the work we deliver, not just in Aspire Housing but our wider group – through Realise Charity, and the newly launched Achieve Training as well.
