Below is a description of the ways that you can get involved.

Meets quarterly to discuss various topics and issues together with changes in government policy that affect Aspire Housing customers.

Meets frequently to monitor and review how the services we provide are performing. This group also undertakes more in depth service reviews to identify where improvements can be made and were excellent service is being provided.

Made up of customers, these groups meet on an ad-hoc basis to look at specific topics with the view to bring forward service improvements.

Made up of customers and officers to look at specific topics or services.

This group is specifically designed for our younger customers and provides them with the opportunity to look at various topics and issues of concern.

This is an opportunity for customers to inspect a service to see what’s working well, what could be improved and provide open honest feedback based on what they find.
