Direct Debit Technical Error

Do you pay your rent by Direct Debit on the 25th of each month?  Due to a technical error, this month’s payment has been taken a day early. This only affects you if you normally pay on the 25th of the month.

We apologise for any problems that this may cause.

If you incur bank charges due to this, send us a copy of your bank statement highlighting your charges and where we have taken payment early. Please blank out your personal transactions.

Once we've received your bank statement we will refund the charges to you.
