Aspire Housing has published its 2009/10 annual report to customers. It is one of the ways customers can hold their landlord to account.
It will also be used by the Tenant Services Authority – the regulator for social housing – to judge Aspire’s record.
There are two versions of the report – a “full” 20 page version and a “short” four page version.
