PM Training is a leading training provider and social enterprise. We offer various routes to apprenticeships, employment and further education through vocational courses, employability training and study programmes, helping over 250 young people each year gain new skills and employment.
Our Partnerships team provide a key link with the employers we work with. This is a newly created role which will focus on identifying and developing new partnerships to increase our portfolio to maximise opportunities provided by the Apprenticeship Levy.
The successful candidate will act as a key account manager for Levy paying organisations so must have the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with partner organisations. You will have detailed knowledge of the government’s Apprenticeship Reforms with the ability to communicate the detail to a variety of audiences.
You’ll be a people person with excellent communication and presentation skills and a professional, engaging approach. Previous account management or business development experience in a further education or training environment is essential.
